Vanilla Powder EDP

The initial burst is a true vanilla bean, like a freshly scraped Madagascar vanilla pod, photorealistic- not gourmand.
And then the next a soft clean floral joins in. There is a whisper of powder as the name suggests but it is not the tone of the fragrance. The powder is there to keep this from going gourmand or too floral. The gentle musky note lets this melt into the skin nicely without going funky.

I love it because it is more multidimensional than simply vanilla or powder, it's not super warm and musky like Vanilla Skin and it's not a cupcake like gourmand. This fragrance lives in multiple worlds and that makes it so versatile.

This is a 5/5 because it is incredibly wearable, although I would say it is feminine leaning, I really would like to smell this on a man if for no other reason than science haha! This could easily be an everyday scent, and I could see myself buying a bottle.

This is a vanilla for someone who has not traditionally liked vanilla fragrances

Too much musk and maybe that added w the palo santo note is canceling out all else for me.

Smells like the back of a taxi.

I was expecting something totally different buts it’s sharp like mancera instant crush which makes it unwearable for me

I was hoping for something softer, but this scent was very aggressive and leans much more masculine than I'm looking for right now.
