    Interlude Black Iris offers a sophisticated reinterpretation of the bold and chaotic Interlude Man. This version softens the intensity with earthy and powdery nuances, creating a refined balance. The fragrance opens with a fresh and herbal blend of violet leaf, rosemary, and bergamot, setting a contemplative tone. At its heart, the velvety richness of orris root mingles with smoky olibanum, resinous myrrh, and labdanum, all enveloped in a warm amber-vanilla accord.     I didn’t like the ones I picked

    Wood notes too overpowering.

    The wood notes are much too overpowering for Black Iris. However, I'm currently testing the scent during the spring, so I may have a different opinion of it once winter comes around.
    As of right now, the regular Interlude is much more versatile and non-offensive.

    No complaints

    My biggest concern was the atomizer on the two and five ML bottles but they work well. Package was wrapped safely no issues with delivery. I would give a five star review but the website is missing a lot of well-known niche brands.

    Nice and interesting

    Dark and earthy opening. Dry down stays a little earthy but a very nice vanilla comes out and projects very well. Worth a try
