the opening thru some of the mid is straight up the bottom of a cigarette pack, maybe some camels or something.. then when it dries down a bit, it transforms to a djarum black smell or the smell of clove cigarettes.. which is fine, but the first half of it is regular cigarettes, it smells like it has all of 2 notes, and the other note isn't even screaming vanilla. idk what it is.. but it just smells like maybe ur cigarettes got wet.. wet cigarettes. tom ford is probably THE MOST overrated/overhyped fragrance house. everyone loves them, everyone hypes their fragrances up.. i don't get it.
on a positive note, they TRULY struck that tobacco note. and i mean.. if you want a photo realistic cigarette smell. i don't think i have ever smelled a more accurate, more realistic smelling tobacco.. i could spray it on cotton, blindfold someone & ask them what is in the jar that they are smelling and they would probably say "cigarettes" you don't find that level of accuracy in perfumery too often, so i will give them that. maybe an incredibly small/weak efeminate man who needed to overcompensate for his frailness could use something like this to try and appear/smell more gruff or rugged.. like if a twink were to be arrested, i would recommend they spray some of this on before going to the back around the other inmates.. maybe it would have a small chance of helping them seem more scary. i personally would NEVER wear this..
if you hear tobacco & are picturing things like harod, Carlisle (things that actually smell good) DONT with this fragrance, the tobacco note is nothing like harod, it's almost like some other fragrances smell like a tobacco leaf, or like a cigar/pipe tobacco where as this fragrance uses a cigarette tobacco.
again, if that's what you want.. it's spot on & i mean SPOT ON. i didn't detect enough vanilla to make me believe I wasn't smelling a pack of cigarettes if i closed my eyes.. not even a vanilla flavored pack of cigarettes.

people compared it to spicebomb.. i hate them for that.. i love spicebomb.
this smells dirty. if you removed the body odor from a homeless person, this is kind of how they would smell.. kind of gives me "waiting area at the health department" vybes.
