    Tales from Zanzibar by Memoirs of a Perfume Collector is a fragrance for Women & Men. 

    Sorting through my diary has brought back a plethora of fond memories of my visit to Zanzibar. It had the most exquisite, powdery, white sand beach I’ve ever laid foot on. I took countless dips in the shimmering, warm, turquoise waters, and the sunset encounters were nothing short of breathtaking.

    Notes:

    Top notes: Lime, Blood Mandarin, Mint and Pink Pepper.
    Middle notes: Guava, Cassis and Coconut.
    Base notes: Candied Fruits, Musk, Ambergris, Moss and Agarwood (Oud).

    Ingredients: Alcohol Denat, Parfum(Fragrance), Limonene, Linalool, Citral, Citronellol.

    Beautiful, smooth fragrance

    It’s hard to pick out notes except for the beautiful fruits, but the touches of mint and lime temper it beautifully. I already bought myself a backup. I’d love to sample others from this house. The bottle is also substantial and lovely, as is the packaging.

    TFZ is one of the top three fragrances I discovered in 2024, although I see it was released in 2021. Well done to the nose, Harry Sherwood.

    Not for me.

    The dry down has a masculine tone, is strong , animalic almost dirty. If I smell it on a man I would not like it. It ruins the fruity nice smell from the opening. It lasts more than 8 hrs.

    Good, not great.

    This one I’m still getting used to, the scent is nice but not as impressive as I thought it would be due to the hype. I mainly get salt, guava and lime. Nothing too similar in my collection so it has a place I just don’t know that it fits me.

    As far as Scentsplit goes it did arrive quickly but the box wasn’t wrapped in plastic. If you’re buying a full brand new bottle I would expect the packaging to be fully in tact.

    Beautiful scent

    Beautiful scent perfect for the summer and spring… projects beautiful of my skin … the blend of fruits, musk and Oud… 🔥🔥

    Great scent. not for me

    Objectively, the fragrance is great. It's long lasting, projects well, good quality, doesn't cause olfactory fatigue. Subjectively, i dont like the smell. The guava is a bit much for me, it's a bit too feminine for me, amd the sweetness made.me nauseous. Still a good fragrance but not just for me
