    Inspired by Roman senator Marcus Junius Brutus, who was known for his lack of eloquence, a heady citrus opening and deeply redolent woodsiness combine for a scent that might try to kill you, but will at least have the integrity to attack you face-to-face.     im not a fragrance expert but this is nothing like ive smelt before. first whiff and im coughing and disgusted. after a minute you get used to it. im still confused on how I feel about it. smells almost like spicy cinnamon and mexican tamarind candy. I give 4 stars because its an experience, idk if imma be wearing this

    Pleasant but…

    Not bad, but I find that most Orto Parisi fragrances do not live up to their hype. Their performance is weak and several of them are variations on the same theme, especially if one factors in the Nasomatto line. Just buy black afgano and be done with it.

    I am a big fan of Alessandro's nose and craziness. BRUTUS is the pinnacle of the mastery in mixing Patchouli with citrus notes in just the right amount that gives an element of surprise. Since the bas enote ends with a woody warm scent that lingers for hours. You will forget that you are wearing this perfume but every time you meet a new person through the day they will notice it. Stay away if this is your If this is your first encounter with complex niche eau de parfum. BRUTUS is the holy grail for those who appreciate what real perfume is about.
