    Accident À La Vanille - Madeleine de Proust by Jousset Parfums is a fragrance for Women & Men. 

    The owner of one of the most prestigious perfume stores breathes a few notes into the  perfumer's ear. Jimmy takes a look at the brief, and elaborates a fluffy buttery madeleine perfume stuffed with an irresistible peach marmelade and a hint of grated coconut.

    This elaboration immediately reminds him of wonderful childhood memories. It was so vivid that it definitely had to be produced for our perfumer's comeback in France.

    After agreement between the two owners, the french edition of Accident À La Vanille takes shape and is offered in its most prestigious presentation.

    The expression "Madeleine de Proust" qualifies any phenomenon that triggers an impression of reminescence. It can be anything that brings back or reactivates a memory, as a madeleine does to the narrator of "À la recherche du temps perdu" in "Du côté de chez Swann" (1913), the first volume of Marcel Proust's novel.

    This would be nice.

    It would be nice if I received this perfume. Scent Split is still not responding;

    This is a vanilla bomb in the best way. Quality fragrance that to my nose is almost a touch salty. Rich wonderful vanilla. Incredible lasting power. The sillage is average since the oil concentrate is so high. It stays on clothes and skin forever. If you want a pure high quality vanilla, this is it. Rich and creamy, to beautiful to layer

    Great out of the bottle.

    I absolutely LOVE how this smells out of the bottle. Definitely reminiscent of Captain Crunch. It's buttery with the perfect amount of sweet fruit. However, after roughly 2 hours of wear all I can smell is wood/leather. I think it may be the styrax. The scent has lost all of the qualities I love unfortunately. I would try a sample before buying the full size and see how it wears for you.

    It had an “aftersmell”. It reminded me of a bath and body work candle unfortunately.
