Almafolia by Giardini Di Toscana is an Amber Floral fragrance for Women & Men.

Almafolia is a fragrance that deeply connects with the senses, blending sensuality with the inner self. This composition creates an intense olfactory signature that is immediately satisfying, yet paradoxically, it quells every other odorous impulse with its deep, captivating presence. The fragrance is built around the tuberose, the undisputed queen of the composition, which is revealed in its full glory, transforming each spray into an intimate and passionate embrace. Almafolia is a sensory journey into the heart of emotions, an olfactory symphony crafted with passion to explore our innermost selves.

The fragrance opens with the lush, intoxicating scent of tuberose, balanced by the juicy sweetness of peach and the brightness of sweet orange. The heart is a rich bouquet of tuberose, ylang-ylang, jasmine, coconut, palisander rosewood, and white rose, adding floral depth and complexity. The base notes of amber, vanilla bean, white musk, and benzoin provide warmth, sweetness, and sensuality, creating a soft, enveloping finish.

Almafolia is perfect for those who appreciate deeply floral and sensual fragrances with a rich, comforting base. Its complexity makes it ideal for evening wear or special occasions, offering a fragrance experience that speaks to both passion and intimacy.

Bubblegum

This comes off as a sweet powdery bubblegum scent, but when I really sit and take it in, I get a little bit of amber, woods, and a touch of vanilla. Tuberose dominates this fragrance, but because it is more of a bubble-gummy tuberose it’s a bit more youthful. It is very powdery sweet, not like a gourmand sweet fragrance. There’s something innocent, light, and angelic about this fragrance. Performance is good, lasting about 6-8 hours on skin with moderate projection.

On The Fence

I can’t decide if I like Almafolia or not. The opening I really dislike; the orange and the tuberose smell like bug spray. I almost scrubbed it off! But then it starts to mellow and sweeten in dry down, which I began to enjoy. I wish there was a softer opening, because I want the end experience of the fragrance wear ONLY.

Beautiful on the dry down

This is such an interesting perfume. Admittedly, I didn’t love it on first spray—it’s was an intense tuberose, almost metallic opening. After about 10 minutes, it completely transformed to a creamy, almost green smelling tuberose that I could not get enough of. I’m glad I waited it out, and will likely spring for a bottle.

Smells like grass

Just like the reviewer before me, I loved Bianco latte so much I wanted to try something else from the brand. This smells like grass and old ladies. I wasn’t expecting it to be anything like Bianco latte, but I had high hopes it would smell delicious. Oh well

Absolutely Not

I was so excited for this fragrance. I loved Bianco Latte by the same house, and saw decent reviews for this one.

It smells like an old lady scrubbed half of a hotel bathroom with expired cleaning products before dying in it.
