Did not like!!

I would not classify this as a gourmand. I get a lil vanilla but this definitely is not a sweet gourmand. I would say it’s a dirty, dusty vanilla because that’s exactly what it smells like to me, dust and vanilla mixed together. It’s not horrible and offensive but I’m super feminine with my fragrances and this just doesn’t give that on my skin. Glad I didn’t purchase a full bottle, will be passing this down to someone.

Warm toasted coconut milk cookie

starts as a sweet biscuit with vanilla marshmallow : middle warm toasted coconut milk.. Ends into warm caramel cookie. So yummy. Gourmand

Not much projectivity, I’ll try layering it with vanilla cream. I will crave this one in the cold days!!

Really grew on me

The opening is delicious but with the first try on, the patchouli made me hesitate. However, as the day went on I realized that I really liked the sweet vanilla caramel mixing with it. Wearing a second time and would say this is something I would wear on repeat. Like others have said, you need to be ok with patchouli to like this scent.

Patchouli is the lasting note

I’m debating this one. I really like the opening but the patchouli takes more of the center stage as time goes on. You need to enjoy that note to like this scent.

Vanilla Cupcake with Vanilla Frosting and Patchouli

This is a beautifully sweet vanilla cupcake topped with vanilla frosting mixed with an herbal, slightly minty, peppery patchouli. It is perfectly unisex because of the patchouli that translates as a peppery patchouli on the skin that gives it a masculine balance to the fragrance. I layered it with Sol de Janeiro Bum Bum Cream to preserve the sweet vanilla cupcake opening and it paired beautifully. I loved wearing it in the summer, but I think it will shine significantly in the winter or cooler weather.
