I like it but it is the scent profile I was looking for

I have been trying to find a scent profile similar to Martin de Condre fougere soap and unfortunately this did not have one similar enough to go into my rotation.

Class in a bottle

Class in a bottle for the more discerning gentleman. Not a mass-pleasing scent, but if you like Green Irish Tweed this is in the same vein, only better quality and better value for money. A must-try for fougère lovers - indeed signature scent worthy for the fougère connoisseur. Thank you, Mr Cross!

Very Excellent 10/10 Fougere

Do you want to know how the original fougere smelled in 1882? What about the smell of real natural oakmoss? Then buy this. The amount t of natural ingredients truly smells like a forest full of ferns, just like the original fougere intended. this so rich and refreshing. It’s not so synthetic like other fougere where the oakmoss smells like soap or powder. The lavender is also so rich, is not overly floral, just plain awesome lavender.

It smelled more green or like plants than I expected, but again it’s because of the natural ingredients that a lot of the modern fougere lack. The green also makes it that much more refreshing, similar to the green freshness of Creed’s Green Irish Tweed, except it has a Lavender top and heart note instead of the citrus of Creed.

I haven’t experienced any skin irritation or other allergy symptoms, despite this product having more of the IFRA recommended amount of Oakmoss ingredient.

Prominent rose

An interesting proposition where rose has a prominent role. Fresh, barbershop classic punch (not in a bad way), very invigorating and good for an outdoors walk. The rose here is sweet and “wet”. I had a hard time balancing the right amount in order to obtain sustained longevity for more than 6 hours, but this smells like quality.
