Worth taking a chance

I had never heard of this house before and was looking for Texas themed fragrances when I came across Cuero. I've been to Cuero many times, and loved the idea of having a fragrance named after a place I am lovingly acquainted with.

Cuero does a good job of capturing a scent that evokes coastal south Texas grass land. It has a wonderfully woody floral opening with a hint of citrus. The leather is light and pleasant, and not overpowering, and the smokiness provides some nice depth and gives it a more masculine accord.

Longevity is great - about 8-10 hours. I think it's great for warmer weather, but probably not for high heat in the depths of summer. I think it would be great in early fall, spring, and early summer.

Overall I really like this scent and will explore more from this house as well.
