Spring in New Mexico's Taos Mountains conjures expansive blue skies. It radiates sunshine. It bursts open with mountain lilac, freesia and wild herbs. The sweeping geography of the mountains forms a layer of protection that allows wildflowers to thrive. At this altitude, it becomes easier to see how safety enables blooming. Taos Blue floats above this landscape to bask in the high desert wind.
