    The name MEΘEXIS (Methexis) comes from the ancient Greek and means the communication between the divine and the human.

    MEΘEXIS is a sweet gourmand fragrance. A tribute to fig, one of the three most important seeds of ancient Athens which highly contributed to the city wealth. Artistically blended with honey and cocoa which brings out a milky yet delicious scent reminiscent of a Greek summer. The combination of the ingredients makes this a sophisticated sensual fragrance that balances the human animal self with the divine and higher self. It beautifully grounds our inner passions and emotions.

    Very unique take on fig

    I normally avoid fig in perfumes, because they tend to lean more to the green, unripe fig/fig leaf note- too green and bitter. This celebrates the actually juicy, fruity sweetness of the fig with just a hint of the green notes. The chocolate and honey definitely come through, and it drys down into a really unique earthy musk. While it does lean a bit too masculine for me, it is really well done, and I think layering it on top of a strong vanilla or other creamy base may help sweeten it up more to my taste. I don't have anything like this in my collection- very unique and lovely.

    Fast delivery, quality scent

    At first I had an issue with the dispenser, but I figured out I wasn’t pushing down all the way. All my scents came in the mail very quickly and I’m happy I got to try them before committing to a full size bottle.
