    Ilm by Xerjoff is a Woody fragrance for Women & Men.

     

    Taking its name from the Arabic word for knowledge, Ilm pays homage to the golden age of chemistry. This composition is a simple yet intoxicating symphony of aged oud harmonized with gurjum balsam, cedarwood, and amber. Warm and sweet, the fragrance is ignited by flaming balsamic nuances, creating a scent that is both enchanting and evocative.

    Comes out mooing but calms down. In my opinion, best combined or layered with a more fruity / rose rich fragrance. Of this range, I greatly prefer Ether. Probably not a mass market appeal. Longevity is a few hours on skin. Fecal animalic the first half hour.
