Aberdeen Lavender by Creed is an Amber Fougere fragrance for Women and Men.

Aberdeen Lavender is a sophisticated Amber Fougere fragrance that celebrates the elegance of lavender in a bold, timeless manner. Crafted by perfumer Julien Rasquinet, this composition opens with an invigorating blend of rosemary, artemisia, lemon, and bergamot, providing a fresh and aromatic start. At its heart, the fragrance showcases lavender as the central note, enriched by delicate floral nuances of tuberose, rose, and lily. The base unfolds into a warm and sensual mix of patchouli, vetiver, and a subtle leather accord, enhancing the depth and allure of the floral lavender.

Lavender done right

This scent is such a great, classy lavender blend that works very well off my skin. It fits very well in companionship with my existing fougere choices.

Fresh out of the bath vibes.

I was excited to get Aberdeen Lavender, and had high hopes that I would love it. It’s a decent scent. I get fresh out of the bath vibes when I put it on. To me, it’s more of a masculine scent- maybe something my husband would wear. Over all, it was okay.

Not as much lavender as expected

This is an odd mixture. Unlike Creed's Cedre Blanc, where you can taste the cedar, Aberdeen Lavender has a surprisingly muted lavender character blended with other floral notes. After an hour, it smells like frankincense and leather. It's not bad, but different from what I expected. I'm glad I tried a 1 mL sample as this one is not really for me.

The service and packaging from Scent Split was excellent; I definitely would recommend it to others.
