    (Wow, I just wrote my review and read the previous reviewer's comment and it's so similar!) This smells different than the Ubar sample I received directly from Amouage, however, I got my sample before Ubar was re-released, so it may have been an older formulation than the one I got from Scent Split. I prefer the "older" one but I love this one, too. I plan to purchase a full bottle when it hits the "grey market".
    In regards to the scent itself, it has a nostalgic, somewhat retro feel to it and does reflect the notes as listed.

    Different from Amouage Ubar

    I am not sure what it is but your Ubar that I received from Scent Split did not smell quite the same or lasted as long as long as the sample that I received from Amouage. I still love the scent but it is different.
