Released in 2016, DELINA was created by perfumer Quentin Bisch for Parfums De Marly. Going by the company's tradition of naming fragrances on names of Horses, DELINA is named after a young & famous racing horse.

Parfums De Marly DELINA opens with fruity-sweet Litchi, tart Rhubarb, fresh Bergamot & is balanced by spiciness from Nutmeg. Within 15-20 minutes the scent transitions into a mix of dominant Rose, subtle Peony & crisp Musk on a sweet vanilla background. The dry down is composed of Vanilla, warm-sensual Cashmeran, herbaceous Vetiver & smoky Incense.

The beautiful Pink colored bottle signifies the scent inside of delightful fruity notes, tantalising floral accords & enticing woody-fresh base. The notes used are clear yet amalgamated and is a delight to sniff. Released in 2018, OMBRE LEATHER was created by perfumer Sonia Constant for TOM FORD. This is almost a tribute to the very successful Tuscan Leather from the company's private blend.

TOM FORD's OMBRE LEATHER opens with a short but rememberable cameo of subtle sweet & creamy Cardamom along with fresh-spiciness from Saffron. Within 15 minutes the opening notes start to subside, paving way for the main ingredient of Leather to shine along with a wonderfully done Jasmine Sambac note. Post 3 hours of application the dry down starts getting noticed which is made from an excellent concoction of earthy Patchouli, green-mossy White Moss note & airy Amber.

This resembles heavily to Tuscan Leather in the way that both fragrances play with the contrast of pungency from Leather & a balancing sweet note. While Tuscan Leather does it with Leather & Raspberry, Ombre Leather does the same with a toned down Leather accord & a sweet-floral Jasmine Sambac note. This contrast of Leather & Jasmine is detectable throughout the life of the fragrance. Since its very close to Tuscan Leather, we would suggest to Sample or Decant first so that you dont become a victim of a redundant purchase.

Parfums De Marly Layton opens up with green-aromatic Lavender, sweet-fruity Green Apple & imperceptible Citruses along with a Sandalwood note in the bakground. Within 30-40 minutes of application floral Jasmine, herbaceous Violet & spicy Geranium mix with the ever present Sandalwood & Vanilla noteto create the heart. The dry down is composed of Cardamom, sweet Vanilla, smooth-creamy Sandalwood, earthy Patchouli & nuanced Pepper note.

Layton is a wonderful scent based on Lavender, Jasmine, dominant Vanilla & Sandalwood. Though it leans slightly towards being masculine, ladies rock this scent without any reservations. The composition may slightly smell like a great gourmand fragrance due to the notes of Apple, Vanilla & Sandalwood. Enigma Also Known as Creation-E should be mysterious and irresistible and Roja Dove has certainly kept his word: characterized by ambivalence, Enigma inimitably oscillates between its poles. Cool and equally warm, fruity and fresh, but still powdery and skin-close with a subtle sweetness that is difficult to describe. Bergamot illuminates the fragrance with a tart citric brightness, while the heart cozy’s up with a bouquet of gorgeous flowers, more precisely, rose, geranium, neroli and jasmine, which provide on the one hand freshness, on the other hand creaminess.
