Released in 2013, OAJAN was created by perfumer Shyamala Maisondieu for Parfums De Marly. Oajan is a village on Iran's border where the famous Arabian horse breed originated.

Oajan opens up with an amalgamation of sweet Honey, floral-fruity Osmanthus & spicy Cinnamon. Within 30 minutes, the Middle notes get activated comprising of a woody-sweet Ambroxan, heavenly combination of Benzoin & Labdanum along with a touch of bitterness from Artemisia. The dry down, which is noticeable after 2-3 hours of application, consists of sweet Tonka Bean & Vanilla, earthy Patchouli & subtle Musk accords.
