    A falconer's leather glove is the starting point to Matiere Premiere's Falcon Leather eau de parfum. The aroma of tanned nubuck is drawn out by a combination of saffron and Ciste Labdanum, whilebenzoin absolutefrom Laos brings a carnal undercurrent to the proceedings.

    I Really Wanted To Like It

    I'll keep this short: after hours of research, I ordered a tester from Scent Split. My hopes were high. On my skin, it ended just like Tom Ford's Ombre Leather ends for me: powdery and nauseating, but not as nauseating as Ombre Leather. Keep in mind, scent is subjective. I'm not saying it's nauseating. It was just not good for me on the burn down unfortunately. The top and middle notes are heaven. I wish it'd stayed that way. I find this with a lot of scents, though: they end up smelling very powdery on me. If I wanted to smell like a rich old woman, it would have been perfect.
