Habanos' aroma is based on the unique combination of leather notes with tobacco leaves, vanilla absolute and agarwood infused in Martinica rhum agricole ( Ernest Hemingway's preferred rhum ) for an eternally floral bouquet.
    A perfume with an intense note of Tobacco and woody - spicy nuances with a drydown wild, sweet and sensual. Habanos carries the Being in ancient ritual atmospheres when man was one with Mother Earth.
    The intense jus has a discreet and virile charm made of sour-sweet notes with rough edges. Nothing in the world can be comparable to its aroma.

    Habanos is an interesting take on the ever-popular tobacco-centric fragrances. While the tobacco is listed in all three stages of the dry-down, much like Royal Crown's Tabac Royal, it fades long before the middle notes appear. Then, the florals, especially the ylang-ylang, are evident, but I could not detect any rose. The sandalwood, patchouli, musk, and vanilla dominate in the latter stages. The performance is better than average.
    I might be tempted to buy a bottle if I didn't already own several tobacco fragrances. It's certainly sample-worthy. Kudos to Royal Crown for another interesting and finely crafted fragrance.
