    This distinguished and charismatic oriental fragrance is structured around the Taif rose and Bulgarian rose, enhanced by a bouquet of woody notes (patchouli and oud). An indulgent scent, Akaster reveals a praline note which adds a hint of sensuality.

    Not entirely masculine yet not completely feminine, this scent is build around the finest ingredients, including taif rose, Bulgarian rose, African geranium and a bouquet of sensual woody notes like patchouli and oud. A blend of warmth and sensuality, as undoubtedly chic as it is easy to wear, this fragrance is on its best behavior as it emerges from its elegant black bottle and heads out for the evening.

    Notes:

    Top: Sicilian lemon, Canadian cypress leaves.

    Middle: Bulgarian rose, taif rose, African geranium.

    Base: musk, oud, patchouli, cardamom, sandalwood, praline.

    The Drydown is Heaven

    So glad I tried this one. To me it starts off as "nice" but edges just slightly feminine with the rose note being quite prominent up front. As it dries down however, the rose mellows out & blends more with the other notes developing into a smooth, luxurious & addictive scent that shifts to being a bit more masculine at that stage (although still quite unisex). One for mild or cooler weather I'd say but possibly might work on warm days (haven't tried yet). Definitely unisex. As always never blind-buy without sampling first from a reputable seller.....quite often the line between love & hate can be almost threadbare & no description or ratings score can ever replace actually trying the real thing for oneself. PDM Akaster is simply magnificent imo & one of the best rose/oud scents out there.

    Greener Rose Oud Scent

    The description here is definitely wrong. Balanced amount of rose and oud. They are the stars of the show. There is a green note of cypress that sets it apart from other rose oud fragrances I've smelt recently.
