Trayee

This fragrance is a work of art. I purchased it on a recommendation and couldn't be happier. The melange of spices work together like a symphony, creating something greater than the sum of its parts while still allowing the individual notes to shine through. Other reviewers are correct: this is a complex and extraordinarily well-balanced fragrance. A lot of skill, nuance and subtlety went into making this, but it isn't timid by any means. There is both richness and delicacy here. I was surrounded all day by a beautiful cloud of warm, intoxicating spices, black currant, incense and resin. It instantly became one of my favorite scents, and one I'll definitely be purchasing again. Strong enough and interesting enough for a night out, but not so overpowering that you can't wear it to work. It's perfectly unisex too. Truly a delicious, heavenly, universal fragrance.

This review is for Trayee. The opening has a surprising natural sweetness. Beautifully balanced though with a melange of spices that whisper instead of shout. They create a soft, rounded effect that is lifting and quite airy. The combined effect is really unique and different from anything I have smelled before. It is subtle, nuanced and very well blended, without any prominent notes overtaking another. It has an elegant hoshigaki character to it, hints of ginger and fresh resinous note that I can't place, but reminds me of a type of tree sap that wafts while you walk by. This promises to get even better as it continues to develop.

This scent is spicy and rich. It has lots of depth and character. The incense note comes through so well without being too heavy. This scent is very well balanced. I was intrugued by the description and was not disappointed! I will definitely be getting a bigger sample!
