A bright, hopeful incense

Rather than solemn, this fragrant incense is warm with ginger, nutmeg, musk and citrus. The incense is more of a comforting foundation to the cheerful blend. It's not intense, but lasts about 7 hours on my skin. It works best in spring and autumn, as long as it's not unbearably hot. It's not smoky or ashy - it's more of a casual office or even a spring outdoor party scent. I find it unisex. I purchased a full bottle and I'm happy I did.

P.S. If incense isn't for you I'd still try this. I suggest trying Gypsy Water, De Los Santos, and Baudelaire for other unisex scents by Byredo. Ooo

Warm and Resinous

I received a ton of compliments wearing this one. It is intense yet dries down to a warm resin. Would pair well with an ambergris, citrus, or vanilla based fragrance, if you’re into custom blending.

Incense

This is the first Byredo scent I’ve tried and this particular scent is not for me. It smells like incense... so if that is your goal then by all means this would be something you’d like. I wasn’t able to smell the other notes described.
