     Le Labo is known for playing with our ideas of what a fragrance should be, and Patchouli 24 is no exception. With Patchouli 24, talented perfumer Annick Menardo takes the idea of patchouli-- a rebellious adventurer with a creative streak-- and spins it into a scent that upsets all expectations. Instead of smelling like the patchouli we know, Patchouli 24 is intensely leathery and smoky, like a worn leather jacket laid over a hot motorcycle engine. Counterbalanced against these notes is a creamy, custard-like vanilla. Patchouli 24's contradictions draw us back to our wrists to smell it again and again. If you want straight patchouli, look elsewhere. If you are open to a fragrance that embraces the idea of patchouli, and yet is like nothing you've smelled before, welcome to Patchouli 24.

    Unique, Intriguing... Pure Beauty

    If you find burnt rubber and smoky notes off-putting or if you’re searching for a traditional patchouli fragrance, then Le Labo's Patchouli 24 is most probably not for you. Very unusual, long-lasting, definitely niche, definitely signature. One of my favorite scents of all time.

    Smoky BBQ

    This, like most Le Labo fragrance names, has little to nothing to do with the scent itself. This is NOT a Patchouli - not quite sure why it's named this because there's virtually 0% patchouli here (and I have many patchouli fragrances and can spot the note immediately).

    This has a smoky BBQ vibe. It's comforting, familiar, and great for winter. Linear and a bit cloying, it's worth sampling before committing to a full bottle.

    I really like it but don't LOVE it.

    I really like this scent. I love the smell of patchouli but find it hard to wear myself. This unisex scent is great and last a long time. It is not a hippy patchouli more androgynes and sexy but not over powering. I just feel like its missing a little something but I cannot quite put my finger on it. I will absolutely be using this whole bottle and even ordered other scents by this maker after smelling this.

    I am so happy I found Scent Split because I love trying new scents! Their customer service is wonderful too! Patchouli 24 is a little heavy on the leather notes but I’m still enjoying it a lot! I think I prefer Ombré Leather to this one but I’m so happy I get to try them out this way!
