    "Ume"?

    Ume- Japanese Flowering Apricot- is one of the nicest scents in a yard, but I smell no resemblance to the actual flowers. Disappointing.

    Fresh Summer Scent

    I love this for a summer scent. I cannot stop smelling my wrists when I wear it. Spray and wait at least 5 minutes before you take a whiff otherwise you’ll get a soapy hit. Once it settles, it’s like you’re in an orchard on a breezy, warm day with Hinoki trees around the edges of the property.

    This smells like its name.

    Heavy on the plum. And a little spicy. Almost wine-like…

    It fades into a really lovely powdery fragrance after an hour. There’s something a little older about it, though. I feel like my grandma a bit wearing it. I will save this for later in the year. In the fall or winter.

    There's Something About Ume...

    Like running through a Japanese forest. Juicy and sweet; but not too sweet. Very light, almost powdery.

    Enchanting

    This fragrance is really well balanced and has a romantic, timeless quality to it. However, it's very, very subtle. If I had a full sized bottle of it, I'd probably wind up using three sprays in the morning and another after work just so I could really smell it and enjoy it.
