    It isn't just the lemon, it's the whole tree!

    This is a photorealistic citrus tree scent, coming from someone who grew up with a Provencal granny who loved to grow oranges and lemons in her backyard. You have the scratchy roughness of the bark, the pepperiness and bite of the leaves, the pungency of the blossoms, and the zing of the peels, but no fleshiness or acid from the fruit itself. A summer scent for sure, it's pure lemon orchard, but a little dirty too, from that tree bark smell. Not long-lived at all though, only about two hours on me. As it ages, it gets earthier/more dirt-ish, so be aware!

    Overall: Punchy, but not a sweet citrus, definitely more "out there" in terms of the finished effect. Performance/longevity was lacking.
