    L'Homme by Yves Saint Laurent is a Woody Floral Musk fragrance for men.

    L’Homme is Yves Saint Laurent’s contentious spice-oriented release that has the efforts of IFF master perfumers Dominique Ropion and Anne Flipo, and perfumers Pierre Wargnye and Juliette Karagueuzoglou. It is tangible proof that quality is not a fruit of chance or coincidence. The perfume has a special way of ginger that brings to mind a timeless elegance. Bergamot, lemon, basil, violet leaves, and a soft hint of white pepper open welcoming, and from there the perfume passes through a woody and slightly warm tobacco atmosphere.

    Good but not for me.

    If think the scent profile is fine, but it is not my preferred scents. Which is the benefit of using scent splits so I can try different things without breaking the bank

    Okay, but not great.

    I was looking for a good masculine scent for someone, but this definitely wasn't it. I do like the underlying smell, which is masculine and enjoyable, but it's a bit too perfumey. If it didn't have the overpowering perfume smell, I'd enjoy it more. If perfume smell doesn't bother you, it's a good scent, though.
