    African Leather by Memo Paris is a Leather fragrance for women and men. 

     

    African Leather is a member of Cuirs Nomades collection, inspired by the ancient continent and its traditional lifestyles. The perfume unfolds a warm thick spicy atmosphere reminiscent of a mystic ointment made from rare nuts and dried plants. A sheer vibe of geranium mingled with saffron and cardamom overwhelms until the scent settles in a premium dry down with oud-infused leather, patchouli, cumin, and vetiver. An exceptional wild animality.

    If you want to smell like you've fallen and can't get up this is the cologne for you. I imagine this is what Cracker Barrel smells like at 7:00 am or a bingo hall around 2. My GF told me it reminded her of her grandma. This is only sexy if you're an AARP member. Don't do it.

    I think I am sold on this stuff

    I got a 2ml sample vial and cannot stop going back to it for a 'hit.' I have gathered a whole host of different little sample vials in my search for a few new fragrances to wear. This AL hit me right away as I wanted a leathery masculine scent, not floral but unique. This checks all the boxes just don't want to drop 2 or 3 hundred on one bottle so looking for a smaller size to make sure I will really stay with it. All the cost issues aside, I think this is something I have to have in my arsenal. I've sampled at least a dozen new fragrances in the past 2 months, some very expensive and African Leather really stands out as unique. I guess there is a reason I keep going back to that little sampler for another 'taste'.

    I got a sample before I committed to purchasing a bottle. I really like it,ot stays with me hours after I spray it on. I very enjoy wearing the fragrance. Good buy I would recommend it and have to a few people who’ve caught the scent.
