An artistic creation composed by Christiano Canali that, as the title may suggest, is a tribute to the glory of the past. It takes Italian Belle Epoque heritage as the concept and adapts it to a modern and futuristic taste without a hint of vintage perfumes. You see it all by the unique package designed by the Italian artist, Francesca Gotti, before you get your nose on the perfume.
The scent itself matter, if you say, it surprises with a kaleidoscopic complexity pinnacled in the beginning with the scent of compelling bloody-red grapes and a hint of wine; a fruity, slightly bitter, slightly pungent olfactory profile that, thanks to the bergamot peel and bitter orange peel, evokes a vibe of rural culture and its peaceful tranquility only found in Mediterranean regions.
A shot of powdery iris, raw and wild lavender, and animality of beeswax cuts through the red juicy grapes and delivers a sinful carnality to the rural innocence of the perfume. This paradoxical personality gives the scent a unique identity and depth, which gets rather stronger and bolder with the strong woody chords of the base.
